For over 40 years, the "Les Heures Saines" diving club has been offering first dives for children (from the age of 6) and adults, as well as supervised explorations for beginners or autonomous dives for more experienced divers, and snorkeling. The program also includes night dives, wreck excursions and training courses, including one on marine biology. Check out the club's website for a full schedule of outings. The club has two boats, each accommodating 25 divers.

Owner's Message
The "Les Heures Saines" diving center has been welcoming you to Malendure rock for over 30 years, offering you a magnificent view of the ilets Pigeons and the Réserve Cousteau, before taking you to discover and enjoy the fabulous seabed on board one of our two fully-equipped dive boats. Everything is already on board, nothing to carry, and the team of professional instructors will take care of you. Everything is already included in the price.
While waiting for the boat to depart, enjoy the view with a self-service coffee or tea on the terrace. Showers, toilets and changing facilities are also available.
Whether it's your first dive, a training course, an exploration or a snorkeling trip, our team of professionals is always on hand to take care of you and help you make the most of the moment.
There's also a store where you can buy documentation, souvenirs, diving accessories, etc.
