Founded in 1998 by enthusiasts eager to restore the cheese tradition in the Upper Laurentians, Le P'tit Train du Nord cheese dairy has carved out a prominent place for itself over the years. In 2001, the cheese dairy was bought by Francine Beauséjour and Christian Pilon, the current owners, and new recipes were created. There are now a dozen different cheeses, perfect companions for your aperitif or a meal with friends.
