A mountain hostel in the heart of Paradiski to be reached by the lift of Montchavin. This is the paradise of Patricia and Gérard Ratchet. Finally, especially Pat! Ski instructor at Noel La Plagne, she meets her future husband on a lift. In 1974, they returned to the old Grand-grandfather alpine cottage and cook for watering on a small wooden stove. Since then, the chalet has a few rooms to enjoy silence and sunsets on the Beaufortain, when the ski lifts close. Here, neither television nor phone, we come to exchange, dine around the large common table of rustic dishes simmered in the chimney, Pat is part of the Academy of Taste. A piano, a guitar gives you the arms to live the evenings of yesteryear.
