At the Coco de Mer hotel, fish is king. It boasts a table d'hôte menu and a beautiful Creole buffet, spread over a good twenty meters. Under the watchful eye of the chef, the cooks willingly explain their compositions. Beyond the classics such as grilled bourgeois, octopus sautéed in Creole style and spicy chicken, several rarer dishes deserve to be tasted. The gourmet is even treated to local dances in folkloric dress.
