Jean-Claude Plumas, known as Plume, an essential figure in the archipelago, has passed away. But since 2016, a new owner, Mickaël Lavigne, has taken over the business while keeping the spirit of the place perfectly intact. You can choose between a few international dishes, but you are especially tempted by the fish and shellfish that make up the main part of the menu: bourgeois saffron sauce, captain passion sauce, combava shark sauce, swordfish green pepper sauce, crab ginger or chili sauce, grilled cicada de mer, grilled lobster... Even if you can still enjoy Creole blood sausage or zourite in a salad. Since April 2019, the menu has made room for good homemade pizzas. In fact, everything is fine, right up to dessert, as the passion fruit soufflé is a divine and essential part of the house. And, to baptize all this, honourable French and South African wines are on the menu between Chablis, Sauvignon, Chiraz and others. As you will have understood, this is a highly recommended address.
Open on Monday from 7.15pm to 9.30pm (last order) and from Tuesday to Sunday from 12pm to 9.30pm (last order). Count from 155 to 550 SR the dish (excluding lobsters) and seafood platter at 2 900 SR for 2 people.
