At Mickaël and Lyn's, where the welcome is always smiling, you can enjoy some international dishes, but it's mostly fish and shellfish that are the stars of the menu: bourgeois with saffron sauce, captain with passion sauce, shark with combava sauce, swordfish with green pepper sauce, crab with ginger or chili sauce, grilled sea cicada... Unless you opt for a Creole blood sausage or a good lobster pizza. And, to baptize all this, honourable French and South African wines are waiting in the cellar. As you can see, this is a highly recommended address.

Owner's Message CHEZ PLUME

At Chez Plume restaurant, named after the former owner who created the concept over 25 years ago, we carry on his legacy with imaginative and specially prepared local and international cuisine.

We offer a sumptuous full English breakfast, followed by a choice of modern and traditional menus featuring the finest seafood, fish and locally produced fruit and vegetables for lunch and dinner.

We are famous for some of our typical dishes, such as the "salade de chouchoute", a local vegetable close to the squash family, eggplant fritters, shark with Combava sauce, a local citrus fruit from the lime family, ginger giraffe crab, giraffe crab curry, Carcassaille soup, a very rare local rock crab, and of course our emblematic desserts such as passion fruit or coconut soufflé.

Bon rapport qualité/prix, les plats ne sont pas excessivement chers, et sont vraiment délicieux. Personnel sympathique et efficace.
jai passe 2 semaines chez plume et entant que personne très exigent j ai ete tres agreablement surpris et bien recu.
Moi j'aime le poisson donc je suis au ange.
Il y a toujours des gens mecontant de tout et de rien.
sI on a des critiques cela ne concerne pas le restaurant ni le logement.( tax aeroport !!)

Adresse reconnue des seychellois.
Un plat de poisson différent tous les soirs. Des saveurs à tomber ! Tous les dimanches le buffet créole avec du "bourgeois" découpé devant soi !
Monsieur Plume doit s'apprivoiser mais ensuite que d'aventures à écouter !

quantité et qualité sont au rendez-vous. accueil souriant. en fin de repas, si vous avez encore une "petite" place, laissez-vous tenter par le soufflé aux fruits de la passion... attention, c'est léger et fruité, mais plus on le déguste et plus on s'aperçoit qu'il prend plus de place que vous n'en avez !!!
Plus de 20 ans de vacances chez lui extraordinaire les prix et la gentillesse. mention particulière à Lindy. Le meilleur raport qualité/prix. La meilleure cuisine de l'île.
