Jaffna finally has a luxury hotel worthy of the name. The Jetwing chain opened in the south of the city in 2016, near the fort. The very nicely decorated rooms draw their inspiration from the traditional Sri Lankan repertoire: beautiful woodwork, silks, deep colours... Each room has its own balcony, some with a view of the sea. Three rooms have also been specially designed for people with reduced mobility. The restaurant offers a cuisine from South India. The only thing missing from this charming getaway is a swimming pool.
