This park is certainly the richest historical site in this zone of the country, as impressive as Machu Picchu was for the Incas. However, this site is far from being the most crowded because it is rather isolated from the classic circuit of visits. It is necessary to make a rather big detour to reach it, with some difficult roads. But, once you get there, you should be quite relaxed during your visit and, believe us, the detour is worth it! It is a network of isolated ruins offering a glimpse into the ancestral life of the Pueblos, with a campsite and a stargazing site. The skies here are very clear.
