Just a stone's throw from the town center, with its two large sunny terraces and superb view of Hossegor's marine lake, the Bistro Balnéaire looks great. In the kitchen, the teams are accompanied by a sushi chef who brings a Japanese touch to the menu. That's why delicious honey-glazed magret du Sud-Ouest, rack of veal, pavé de maigre and grilled turbot rub shoulders with maki and california rolls. For dessert, there may be room for a giant profiterole! In short, a chic address, well located and very busy.
