Perfect for cutting out the middleman, farmers' markets are a unique opportunity to meet with around twenty local producers offering fresh, quality produce. Launched in 2013, they have been a resounding success ever since. The town of Ensisheim has planned a series of free events to extend the market experience, with music provided by the Accordion Club. From know-how transfer to environmental awareness workshops, tastings and games, there's plenty of fun and learning to be had at the market!

Beer has a long history in Alsace! Ansa is brewed in Ensisheim (where it takes its name) and is a big hit! Born of the passion of its creators, it comes in four colors: white, blonde, black and red. But when a microbrewery is thirsty for innovation, it doesn't stop at its star products, hence a fine range of personalized, seasonal beers. Local products, rich in flavor, made with respect for tradition. The brewery also features an Alsatian restaurant and the opportunity to learn the secrets of brewing.
