This charming restaurant is, historically, one of the oldest in Eguisheim. Natives or tourists, the guests unanimously approve of its typical Alsatian atmosphere and its 100% home-made cuisine. And for good reason: its rustic chic decor is authentically in tune with the specialities that the chef reinterprets over the months with an infinitely personal touch: homemade duck foie gras, sauerkraut, baeckeoffe, bouchée à la reine, beautiful pieces of beef and game, and other flambéed tarts that can be enjoyed in a very convivial way as a starter or main course. With, as a sweet climax, the inevitable iced kougelhopf or the divine puff pastry with quetsches. All this is accompanied, in moderation of course, by infinitely delectable local nectars!
