These two monuments are located on the main hill overlooking Prilep. To reach the top of the hill of Markovi Kuli (the Tours towers), you must follow the elephant!It is a huge rock that has the form of a sitting pachyderm, which marks the beginning of a trail that leads to the ruins of the summit. To access it from the main crossroads of the city centre with the clock Tower to its right, you have to turn right at the lights towards Kičevo. Then follow the road about 1 km and immediately after a curve that goes to the left, take the first road to the hill on the right. Continue straight down to the first line: on the left, the road leads to the archangel of the Archangel Saint-Michel, right towards Marko's towers. In this direction, "the elephant" is on the right of the road, dominating the Plaine plain. The track leading to the summit is made of white marble waste and it is possible to move far enough to the top of the classic car, provided that it is gently rolling. But beware of a few ruts that must be negotiated carefully. The most courageous will be happy to follow this path by taking the time to discover the landscape of the mountains surrounding Prilep.
