Located in the beautiful Neckar Valley, the city of Heilbronn offers a beautiful countryside. It is a green city, mostly pedestrianized, with many terraces along the river. As for its architecture, it unfortunately has less to offer than its German neighbors, having been completely destroyed by bombing during the Second World War. It is also known for its vineyards and for being the capital of the Württemberg wine industry. It is therefore impossible to pass through without visiting the vineyards and cellars. By the way, if you are visiting in September, take the opportunity to go to the "Weindorf", the biggest wine festival in the region.
