If you're in the mood for a treat, take a seat on the terrace of this legendary restaurant. Opened at the end of the 19th century, right next to the Popes' summer residence, you'll enjoy the same enchanting view of Lake Albano as the Popes. Let yourself be tempted by the lake specialties (carp or trout). And ask the sommelier for advice on choosing a local wine - the restaurant's cellar is splendid and well worth a visit. A luxurious address where the bill is likely to be high.

L’atmosfera è estremante rilassante e al contempo raffinata, specialmente se si ha il piacere di cenare con vista sul Lago di Albano.
Il servizio è molto buono: agli ospiti viene riservata grande attenzione senza che il personale di sala sia affettato - noi ad esempio abbiamo gradito molto questo equilibrio (la sommelier peraltro ci ha consigliato un ottimo vino che ha accompagnato alla perfezione i piatti che abbiamo scelto).
Una menzione speciale va al piatto di crudi con frutta abbinata, alla pasta all’astice, e alla rana pescatrice con veraci e melone: pazzeschi!
