Open from Monday to Saturday from 6:30 am to 7:15 pm. Closed on Sundays and holidays. In December: open every day during the Christmas Market. Sandwiches, baguettes au gratin, about fifteen special breads per week. Coffee at any time. American Express, Chèque Restaurant. Presence of a ramp.
Owner's Message
Artisanal bakery in the heart of Colmar on the ground floor of a beautiful half-timbered house. Family bakery and pastry shop since 1871. Rewarded by several prizes, including twice the best Kougelhopf d'or d'Alsace, as well as the silver baguette and other distinctions.
Baking all day long, until 6pm.

Les jeunes à la vente ne sont pas du tout aimables , polis et sont incompétents pour vendre leurs produits !
Heureusement que les vendeuses plus âgées sont là pour rehausser le niveau .Elles sont très serviables, gentilles et polies. Pour moi c 'est le b.a- ba quand on travaille dans la vente.
Boulangerie qui attire par sa décoration de sa façade mais qui reste un attrape touriste !!!
