Created in 1961 by Charles Erhard, this family business is renowned for the quality and variety of its ice creams as well as for its totally unheard of creations! Its new Colmarian space is a true temple of gourmet delights where it is impossible not to succumb to temptation when faced with more than two hundred flavours of ice cream and sorbets, not to mention the sublime frozen desserts. Add to that delicious cakes (gourmet rock, paris-brest, forêt-noire, opera...), individual pastries (lightning and cabbage cream, rum babas, verrines, macaroons...) and other pastries. Coming from a long market gardening line, Jérôme Meyer is a pioneer in direct sales. This young colmarian market gardener had the good idea to install, in July 2018, a vending machine for fresh vegetables (carrots, potatoes, salads, courgettes, tomatoes, beets, etc.) in front of his property located on rue de la Semm in Colmar. That is 54 traps full of seasonal produce. Air-conditioned, they have been restocked twice a day and are accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Payment is made in cash or by credit card, after which the chosen locker opens automatically. This innovative system was set up in collaboration with the Alsatian company Filbing Distribution.

A sure bet: this cheese dairy is a member of the Club Gastronomique Prosper Montagné. Here, we don't compromise on quality when it comes to Munster and organic products. Cheeses, butters, yoghurts and fresh creams all come from the land. There are over 350 cheese references from regional, national and international producers. The cheeses are matured in cellars built in Buhl from planks of spruce, fir and larch.

This globe-trotting baker has taken advantage of his travels to learn about different methods of making the famous daily bread.
