BIODANZA - POLLEN D'ÉTOILES
Biodanza, kézako? This playful activity created in the 1960s by Chilean anthropologist Toro Araneda is based on the principle of self-awareness and personal development through spontaneous body expression in music within a group. According to its initiator in Colmar, Agatha Sinkovec, Biodanza allows everyone to regain self-confidence and reduce stress by managing their emotions more calmly. It is an invitation to enjoy the present moment with joy and enthusiasm at any age, without distinction of gender or social condition. Men, women, children, people with disabilities: Biodanza is open to everyone, during single sessions, in the form of a quarterly or annual subscription, but also during courses lasting several days.
