Although Lisseth hails from Venezuela, she was immediately drawn to the wide variety of Alsace wines and their strong terroir character. So she won't talk to you as a winemaker, nor as an oenologist, but as a passionate lover. At Ariès, we take our time and enjoy an evening of tastings, with tasty earthy-inspired dishes to share in complete conviviality!

Michel Clog sees a lot of people come and go in his tobacconist's shop, which has been transformed into a warm and friendly bar. For the anecdote, he is the only French tobacconist to announce the prices in Alsatian dollars! But don't worry, he accepts payments in euros... In addition to the sale of newspapers and French or foreign magazines as well as tourist guides and lottery or PMU games, this friendly shop is also a depository for Trace transport tickets, and acts as a parcel collection point.

The interior design of this bar is truly breathtaking! Ceiling lined with rustic logs, walls paneled with artistically carved woodwork, lamps decorated with deer horns and hunting trophies: the Deer & Beer celebrates the art of hunting in a Tyrolean version. In the glasses: good little Alsatian wines, draught beers, crazy cocktails served with dough straws and Jägermeister ice shooters. All this is to be consumed of course... in moderation. Beautiful terrace located right in front of the Koïfhus.

Divine nectars offered by the glass or bottle, to be enjoyed with tapas, charcuterie by the slice and various plates to share. All delicious! Hidden away in Colmar's northern industrial zone is the Indus, a brand-new, hip and festive bar! Colmarians have quickly taken it by storm, and it's easy to see why just by looking at the outside: the play of lights in the evening creates a very pleasant, party-friendly atmosphere, as does the terrace adorned with olive trees and woodland. From Saint-Louis to Strasbourg via Sainte-Marie-aux-Mines, escape games are on the rise! In Colmar, Vincent Knaub launched Run to the Light in June 2017, 50 metres from the Fnac in the heart of the pedestrian sector. He has set up his escape game course in the basement of an old building in two 40 square metre rooms with locked doors. His escape game is based on a new theme: that of the abandoned site. The principle is simple: participants have one hour to find the daylight by tracking hidden codes and solving puzzles related to the theme of the project. To increase the immersive spirit, players (two to six people, minimum age recommended: 10 years) are equipped with a construction site helmet and a fluorescent vest. If you're a motorsport fan, the Legend Track is the place for you, because it combines SLOT and SIM Racing! Housed in a former garage, it features 10 machines, each equipped with a curved screen in front of which you sit in a sports car seat with professional pedals and steering wheel. For example, you can drive a Porsche 911 GT3 RS on the track or tracks of your choice. The experience is breathtaking, especially if you choose to race on a local network.
