Das Personal ist top es ist freundlich und zu vorkommend und sehr hilfsbereit.
Das Zentrum von Colmar (Petite Venice) ist vom Hotel aus in angenehmer gehdistanz ca. 5 Minuten.
Das Hotel ist sauber und man hat alles im Zimmer, was man benötigt und erst noch angenehm ruhig, das Frühstück ist vielfältig und lässt aus meiner Sicht keine Wünsche offen.
Wir haben uns hier sehr willkommen gefühlt, wir komme gerne wieder. DANKE für die Zeit Team-Novotel.
