This pleasant restaurant is run by Lucas and Chris, former managers of the Caveau des Vignerons in Hunawihr. Official DJ at Le Poisson Rouge for 16 years, Chris Roldan offers a warm welcome. Trained at Maximilien (1 Michelin star in Zellenberg), Lucas Gaertner is busy behind his piano. The young chef offers light, tasty family cuisine, with a few offbeat, spicy touches that open up his horizons a little to world cuisine that's accessible but still makes your taste buds travel.

Malheureusement, il est pratiquement impossible de les joindre pour une réservation. J'ai essayé pendant plusieurs jours, à différentes heures et par différents canaux, sans succès. Je n'ai pas non plus pu trouver d'autres informations sur la façon de les joindre et l'endroit où le faire, à part le téléphone ou leur page Facebook. Par conséquent, je ne peux pas non plus dire grand-chose sur leur cuisine ou leur ambiance. Ce n'est pas vraiment ce que l'on attend de nos jours, mais nous considérons que cela fait partie d'un bon service...

Si vous aimez la bonne cuisine, allez y les yeux fermer d'une part on y mange divinement bien, les produits sont frais et bien préparer c'est un régal à chaque fois et l'accueil est chaleureux !!
