Fresh, raw, seasonal products, all cooked by a Top Chef winner, in a superb 16th century building.
The young and talented chef Xavier Koenig welcomes you with his team in his cute little restaurant well away from the hustle and bustle of the noisy city squares. We trust Xavier to treat us with a unique menu at lunchtime and four or six-course menus in the evening, including a totally vegetarian one. Everything is fresh, homemade and done with rigor and passion. Fennel, cottage cheese, vine garlic, trout confit and roasted beet and rutabaga confit with vanilla show an originality without limits but which works... It is delicious!
