Fresh, raw, seasonal products, all cooked by a Top Chef winner, in a superb 16th century building.

The young and talented chef Xavier Koenig welcomes you with his team in his cute little restaurant well away from the hustle and bustle of the noisy city squares. We trust Xavier to treat us with a unique menu at lunchtime and four or six-course menus in the evening, including a totally vegetarian one. Everything is fresh, homemade and done with rigor and passion. Fennel, cottage cheese, vine garlic, trout confit and roasted beet and rutabaga confit with vanilla show an originality without limits but which works... It is delicious!

Open from Tuesday to Saturday for lunch and dinner. Reservation recommended. Lunch menu (3 courses) : 35 €, 29 € (2 courses). Wine by the glass. Daily suggestions on the slate. Groups welcome. Terrace.

Message from Management

L'incontournable is a bistronomic restaurant nestled in a charming 16th century building, right next to the Jeanne d'Arc square and the Montagne Verte park. It has a terrace where you can enjoy your meal in a friendly atmosphere, while taking advantage of the sunny days. The chef and owner of the restaurant, Xavier Koenig, is committed to cooking fresh products from short circuits and sustainable agriculture in order to reduce his carbon footprint. The restaurant does not offer à la carte menus, but alternates between four menus served according to the availability of products; a single menu is served at lunchtime, and the other three in four courses in the evening. These menus vary daily depending on the availability of products in the market. A children's menu is also available, consisting of the same dishes but in smaller quantities.
