This beautiful establishment obtained the title of Master Restorer in January 2018 as well as the Restaurant de Qualité label awarded by the Collège Culinaire de France. A great reward for Anne-Lise and Olivier Reither who have only one ambition: to share their love of cuisine developed with simplicity and passion using quality local products. In this respect, Olivier has no shortage of very convincing arguments! Nothing could be more normal for this young chef who has been working with Marc Haeberlin for nearly 5 years at the famous Auberge de L'Ill in Illhaeusern. Refreshing trout tartar with lemongrass and ginger, tasty can fillet snacked with balsamic vinegar caramel, tasty turbot with coriander and saffron, delicate pear poached in almond: the L'Essentiel menu offers a score without false notes!
