Restaurant with a brasserie spirit offering a menu based on copious recipes in Colmar.
Much appreciated by lovers of fine meats and offal, this restaurant cultivates a brasserie spirit upstairs (convivial high tables), while its basement conceals an intimate stone-lined cellar. There's something here for every taste, and the food is generous, either à la carte or according to the day's suggestions. As a guarantee of quality, the meats are supplied by Alsatian butchers Michel Herrscher and Jauss. The portions are more than copious, and the choice of wines from Alsace and elsewhere is sure to satisfy both novices and connoisseurs.

5 étoiles sans hésitation, surtout grâce au Monsieur qui s'est occupé de nous qui à la base n'est pas serveur, et bien j'ai rarement vu quelqu'un d'aussi professionnel. Du début à la fin un grand sourire contagieux alors qu'on était une grande table de +/-15 personnes ! Merci à vous !
Et pour les tarifs, c'est correct pour Colmar, l'emplacement du restaurant et si on compare avec les concurrents.
Cuisine variée et excellente (malgré une tête de veau un peu salée mais reconnu de bonne foi par le patron, adoucie par un petit digestif....)
Bravo à Damien pour son professionnalisme et son sourire, ne pas rater le café très gourmand
