A rather limited menu in this small establishment in the north-east of the island. The reason? Everything is cooked with ingredients grown on the spot. The dishes are tasty, and quite spicy, with notably good salads. The atmosphere of the place invites you to relax. The decoration is original, with coloured bicycles hanging here and there. You can sit by the lotus pond or in the open room. Corners are arranged and decorated to take photographs, Thai people love it! Friendly welcome from the owners.

An atypical place! Located in the north of the island, the Rongsi Studio is an old rice mill transformed into a café, restaurant and homestay. Several mills are used as decoration. It serves a good Thai cuisine, but be aware that the prices are inflated on the island... One can of course come there to have a drink, a coffee and listen to local musicians in the evening. Very nice terrace on the Chao Phraya and you can even sip your drink in a net above the river, like on a boat. Comfortable rooms are also available.
