A park with a rich architectural heritage, such as the Château de Carrouges.
At the heart of the Normandie-Maine regional nature park, the Maison du Parc is also the Maison du Géoparc, since the whole complex has been awarded the UNESCO label for its remarkable geological heritage. Located just a few metres from the château, the site is a must-see. Here, you can stop for lunch at one of the picnic tables. The site also boasts an educational area and a collegiate church (seigniorial chapel) hosting events and exhibitions.

A proximité du Château de Carrouges
A côté du Château de Carrouges (on peut s'y rendre à pied), l'accueil y est chaleureux et discret. Possibilité de faire la petite visite gratuite du musée sur la nature. La partie magasin est bien achalandée notamment en produits régionaux. Il.y a aussi beaucoup de documents d'informations notamment sur les balades à faire dans la région. A 2 pas, ne pas hésiter à rentrer dans l'ancienne chapelle rénovée pour recevoir des expositions.
walk interessante very to do with a " musée" or you can discover information on different wood, animals,... a vist castle is possible but not required (paying) otherwise, the rest is free with picnics and gift or you will find regional produce a decent price.
