40 km south of Bishkek. The Alamedin Gorge has the advantage of being less visited than the Ala Archa Gorge. The "bazaar tower" Tioplie Kliouchi - a sanatorium and a few bungalows - at 1,800 m above sea level, can be used as a starting base for treks. The sanatorium is fed by a radon-filled water source that gushes out at a constant temperature of 36°C.
