A magnificent and luxurious lobby for the oldest of the five stars in the city; remodeled in 2003, the Crowne Plaza Porto has recently undergone a change of group. The 232 rooms are large and comfortable, equipped with all the necessary amenities (quality bedding, air conditioning, minibar, tea and coffee making facilities, television...). Bar, restaurant with Portuguese and international cuisine, parking (for a fee) and well-equipped fitness room complete the offer. Professional and available reception. Some promotions on the website.

El agua caliente de algunas hbs no funcionaba. Aún avisando en recepción no lo solucionamos y tampoco dieron otra alternativa, como cambió de habitación.
No hay enchufe para secador en el baño, con lo que tuve que utilizar el de la entrada.

Las habitaciones son espaciosas y hay servicio de limpieza dos veces al día. Me trajeron un regalo de bienvenida (fruta) en mi primer día. El personal muy amable y servicial, me dejaron entrar una hora antes de mi checkin. A mejorar posiblemente el café del desayuno y la limpieza de las ventanas exteriores
