If you really want to be in the local atmosphere, this is the place to go. Every year, the quality is always there in this restaurant, which is mostly frequented by locals and is located a little away from the centre. The restaurant is frequented by Greeks, fishermen, for whom Apostolis has been cooking for almost 30 years. Fish specialties, local wine, sea view. A good address for lovers of fried food and seafood. And in the end, the bill is never too high. Excellent value for money and very friendly staff.

To Spitiko is a way of saying "like at home", at Patricia's, a French expatriate in Paros after a crush on the Cyclades. The creator of this small haven of peace provides the service while, behind the stoves, her husband is passionate about cooking traditional recipes, thanks to the products gleaned from their local and organic producers as much as possible. The place is very pleasant and the cuisine delicious to enjoy in summer on the terrace with sea view (and sunset!) and in winter in a room with fireplace.

Undoubtedly one of the best addresses in Parikiá and a place that changes from the usual Greek restaurants. The setting is very pretty, in a patio covered with vines. This address offers a refined menu where Greek traditions and influences from elsewhere are mixed (beet and ginger ravioli, fennel risotto...). This contemporary approach does good and changes a little from the classics that can be found everywhere. Chef Giorgios Mavridis elegantly receives guests in a pleasant inner courtyard. A very very good address.

In the shade of the tamarisk trees and with its feet (almost) in the sand, this restaurant and cocktail bar enjoys a very pleasant location. When it comes to food, you'll be spoilt for choice on the well-stocked Mediterranean and Asian-influenced menu (one of the only ones on Paros!): salads, pizzas, fish and seafood, numerous vegetarian options... The hardest part will be choosing! The service is attentive and friendly. And at sunset, the view over the bay of Parikia makes the Ephesus even more magical. A good address.

Open since 1995 and overlooking the bay of Livadia, Trata is renowned for its home cooking based on fresh, tasty produce. Lefteris, head chef and owner of the restaurant, has set himself the highest standards, and the main attraction is the tasty seafood and freshly caught fish. You'll find some of the best grilled calamari on Paros, not to mention all the classics of Greek cuisine.

This refined Mediterranean restaurant with a discreet French touch is beautifully set on a terrace overlooking a pedestrian street in Parikia. In cooler weather, you can also choose to dine in the sumptuously modern interior, with works of art hanging on the walls. We loved the spicy ceviche, the delicate clam pasta and the puffed chocolate cake, hidden in a cloud of barbapapa! The Porto Carras 2021 white wine also deserves a special mention. An ideal restaurant for a romantic dinner.

This gourmet restaurant inside the Mythis Paros Hotel boasts an incredible panoramic view of the sea. But the real show is on the plate: ceviche with passion fruit and tiger's milk, octopus with fennel root, sea bass with blue potato, corn and yucca, or spicy oxtail that has simmered for 48 hours... All washed down with a few glasses of Moraitis and Dialogos wines. A real treat!
