SAMEDIS GOURMANDS DE 3IFA

Founded in 1995, the association 3ifa - Interprofessional Interconsular Institute of Alternate Formations - values the CFA, an alternate training centre of Alençon, which has existed since 1978 and forms 15 trades of mouth, craft, and crafts. This apprentice centre opens the doors of its kitchens. Emmanuel Barthelemy and Jonathan Rameaux, the pastry teachers, guide you in the production of pastries on their Saturday pastries.
