Here’s one of the best value-for-money restaurants in town. Indeed, La Fabrique delights its customers with beautifully executed, typically French dishes. On the menu, meat takes pride of place: beef pavé with pepper sauce, beef tartare with a knife, marinated ribs, duck breast or burger. As for the daily specials, the classics take centre stage. Desserts, also homemade, are revisited classics served in original containers, like a jam jar. They hit the spot every time!
