Opened in 2021, this church-facing restaurant is run by Madame Dostert. In a relaxed, friendly atmosphere, you can choose from daily specials, a particularly attractive salad menu, as well as French and Luxembourg specialities (such as Kniddelen, a kind of gnocchi or quenelle made from flour, milk, eggs and blue salt). When it comes to drinks, the Grand Duchy is also in the spotlight, with a fine selection of Riesling and Pinot. A warm, authentic address!

La Fabrik is housed in a renovated former factory near the Mersch railway station. With its giant tables and rustic decor, the place combines industrial history and modernity, and seduces with its young and relaxed atmosphere. The à la carte menu features a wide selection of pizzas, salads, burgers and tapas to share, with cocktails, beers and gin. One of its attractions is its customizable pizza, allowing customers to create their own from a multitude of ingredients. The team is dynamic, the service friendly and efficient.

The first thing that sets this restaurant apart is its rough facade, decorated with beautiful copper lettering. Once through the front door, you discover a bright, tastefully decorated room: cement tiles on the floor, open bar, hanging plants, light bulbs... The menu evolves with the seasons, offering a weekly menu, platters to share, as well as delicious seafood. House specialties include lobster, crab and prawns, sold by weight.
