The exhibition is housed in the former Muerbelsmillen ("Mohrfels Mill") in Pfaffenthal and consists of several areas dealing with the themes of milling, food, crafts and water energy. The old mill technology and a large water wheel in the mill canal as well as the room where milling with gears and grinding wheels was once carried out are on display. The visit can end with a mustard-making workshop (by reservation). A place that captivates young and old alike.

During the Second World War, the Hollerich railway station was one of the main departure points for young people forcibly conscripted into the compulsory labour service (RAD), Jewish deportees and political deportees.
