KAMAKURA
Located in the heart of Grund, the Kamakura - the name of the ancient Shogunale capital of Japan from the th to the th century - is the first Japanese restaurant to have been in Luxembourg for some years. It is a beautiful representation of what is traditional Japanese gastronomy: sound, developed around rice and fresh products, respectful of the ingredients it uses. In addition to sushi and sashimis, this restaurant is renowned for its tempura, duck and quail-based carpaccios served in well-decorated dishes and various bentos, served in a beautiful compartmentalised box. From time to time, the chef's suggestions include the famous Kobe beef, high in Japan and whose tenderness comes from his special diet based on beer and massage throughout his life… Meat melts in her mouth. Reservation indispensable.
