Located in a former slaughterhouse, K116 has an atmosphere reminiscent of the brewery's predecessor. This is where the Kulturfabrik's spectators, animators and actors meet for a drink or a meal before or after the shows. The cuisine is brasserie-style, with a wide choice of meats but also more trendy influences such as Thai beef carpaccio or with buratta, sea bream ceviche and various burgers. Excellent value for money for the lunchtime menu, which changes weekly.
