The capital of the commune of the same name, Kopstal is a pretty little town of about 950 inhabitants, located 9 km north-west of Luxembourg City and crossed by the river Mamer, a tributary of the Alzette. This village is mainly surrounded by greenery and therefore has as its main interest many walking trails. Several local and self-pedestrian circuits allow you to discover the surrounding nature during a walk. Kopstal is also home to several Luxembourg, French and Asian cafés and restaurants. There is also a hotel-restaurant, the Weidendall, with nine comfortable rooms.
