AÏSHA
Aïsha's little shop is our favorite boui-boui. Here, the cuisine is traditional, prepared according to the rules of the art, and the welcome is warm. On the menu, typical dishes ranging from tajine to prunes and couscous. Other dishes are à la carte and less well known such as the succulent rfissa made up of msemmen (a kind of thick pancakes) and topped with a broth of onions and spices. It is rare to find a restaurant that offers this kind of dish. You will have understood it, eating at Aïsha is living a unique taste experience!
