In the heart of snow goose country, the municipality of Baie-du-Febvre is known for its rich wildlife and aquatic areas. In the spring, close to 500,000 snow geese stop over on the floodplain before resuming their migration northward. A large thematic linear park should be developed in the area surrounding the snow goose observation stop. Among the additions are rest, reception and observation areas, as well as an outdoor amphitheatre.
