Created in 2008, Chilean Cuisine offers a cultural experience based on Chilean gastronomy. You'll start your day at the market to procure the necessary ingredients, then begin cooking a typical Chilean dish: pastel de choclo, charquican, cazuela, empanadas or even pisco sour, the possibilities are numerous and mouth-watering! Last but not least, tastings are accompanied by local wines. A great way to discover Chile in a different way. Al and Sebastián will take care of you!

This diving center, very well known in Valparaiso, is run by highly qualified instructors whose courses are certified by world renowned organizations (CMAS, TDI). It is also the only dive center with a swimming pool to practice before going to sea. For beginners or experts of the sea bed, Chungungo offers a unique experience to discover the natural and cultural heritage of the bay of Valparaíso: you can even observe wrecks! An excellent school.

Motivated by the love of salsa and Cuban rhythms, Anisa, Francisco, Chihau and Gonzalo have been offering dance classes for over ten years. Between Cuban salsa and bachata, the courses are provided in a joyful and good mood by a team of dynamic and educational teachers. And if you start from scratch, don't panic: many students are beginners. A great experience not only to learn dance, but also to share a good time!

After contemplating the Pacific Ocean from the cerros, you feel like taking to the sea... and it is possible! Puerto Deportivo has a floating dock with access to the sea and a small administration building at the Muelle Baron. You can embark on a diving session, a kayaking trip or a windsurfing course. Each course starts with a theoretical introduction: beginners are welcome. You can also rent paddle boards and boats for the day.
