The famous Salève aerial tramway, built in 1932 to take passengers to the summit of the same name, reopened its doors in October 2023. After refurbishment of the arrival and departure stations, new reception areas and new leisure (including a large climbing wall) and catering facilities (including a panoramic restaurant due to open in 2024), the 660-meter vertical drop is once again accessible aboard the cabins, offering a breathtaking view of Lake Geneva.
