In 1536, Dardagny became part of the Republic of Geneva. The village still asserts today its agricultural and viticultural vocation. In the Middle Ages, two fortified houses face each other, which today house the school and the town hall. One can admire the hall of the Knights, decorated with frescoes in the Italian style and decorated with an organ, as well as the triangular pediment with the arms of the Vasserots, owners of the place in the 18th century. The village of old stones is surrounded by vineyards. It is an ideal walk in the Geneva countryside to taste the local wines and appreciate the diversity of the Geneva grape varieties. On Saturdays, the cellars are open for tasting.
