After a 250-metre climb, it's up to you to race down the 400-metre descent! The sleds are attached to the rails in mini roller coasters. Some of the turns are thrilling, so you can have fun with your family and enjoy other activities nearby. The Déval'luge also operates during the winter holidays.

You will find nearly one hundred activities arranged from 1.20 meters to 25 meters high in the green jungle of Lioran. A course has been specially designed for toddlers - 1 m minimum. This set of aerial games: zip lines, bridges, lianas, can be practiced in complete safety with family, friends or colleagues. You just have to adapt your course to your physical level and your apprehension threshold. If you feel like it, or if you are still in the mood, you can try bungee jumping from a big tree.

ESI offers group and private lessons in alpine skiing and snowboarding for both children and adults. The instructors have several years of experience in major French winter sports resorts. For ten years, they have been combining their skills to pass on their passion for skiing. ESI favours proximity and exchange for learning: small groups, learning by playing and optimising skiing time for the student.

The ESF offers you ski lessons according to your level from beginner to advanced. Group lessons, individual or training course, the choice is yours. The proposed disciplines are: alpine skiing for adults, children, snowboarding and nordic. Also handiskiing. Competition. Possibility to pass stars during group lessons every Friday. It is more prudent to book by phone or Internet. Skiers who wish to improve their skills can also take slalom or freeride lessons. The thrills in the heart of the Cantal are yours!

Today, a real sliding sport combining skiing and horse-drawn carriage, ski-joëring was once a means of transport. Valérie proposes the discovery of this little-known sport, which is nevertheless accessible to all: you just need to know how to keep your skis parallel. For the youngest, the pony sledge will delight them. In summer, depending on the weather, riders can enjoy day rides to discover the Cantalien massif.

With more than 300 km of trails, the Cantalien massif is a huge playground for hikers. Walks in the heart of the mountains will make you discover grandiose landscapes. Like the GR 4, you can go for several days. Caution must be exercised. Despite its reputation as a "cow mountain", it requires the respect of some basic safety rules: adapted equipment, knowledge of the weather... Do not hesitate to contact the departmental hiking committee or local associations.

At the Jardin des neiges de la Prairie des Sagnes, the PiouPiou club is ideal for a first approach to skiing, in complete safety, in a protected and equipped area (snow line, conveyor belt, educational modules, etc.). The instructors are state-qualified. ESF test every Friday: at the end of a week of lessons, the young skiers leave with their first badge and stars in their eyes. The PiouPiou mascot hands out the awards herself. So, the little skiers are on the right track to becoming real champions.
