The small village of Ampangorina may be your gateway to Nosy Komba, where we strongly recommend spending at least two nights. In Ampangorina, destitute travellers will easily find huts where they can put down their bags (our list is far from exhaustive). But it's not the only village on the island! There's also Andrekareka, Anjiabe, Ankiririky, Antanabe (in the mountains), Antitorono (near a waterfall), Antrema, Sarodrano... There are other good-quality establishments in the south of the island, as well as several small, charming structures.
