Events calendar Saint-Lô

It's a popular festival that usually marks the beginning of the year in Saint-Lô. While many communes in the department celebrate Chandeleur, it's in the prefectural city that young and old alike gather for two weeks of excitement, laughter and lights. It's on the Plage Verte, opposite the station, that you'll find this huge funfair! There's something for everyone: from games of skill for the youngest to thrill rides for the oldest, the choice is vast enough.

As summer approaches, the streets of Saint-Lô come alive with a festival that has become a highlight of the local cultural season: Les Hétéroclites. Hosted by Art Plume, a dynamic association, the event offers a range of possibilities: concerts in bars, workshops for youngsters, street art performances during the festival and, to round off the three days, a concert on the association's premises. All in all, an ultra-convivial event not to be missed.
