It's one of the town's must-sees: the cookie factory in Sainte-Mère not only produces the delights we all know, it also has a restaurant where you can come for lunch, and which has just undergone renovations to make it even more welcoming! The dishes are prepared on site, often using local produce: excellent. Service is fast and efficient, and in summer, the place transforms into a tea room the rest of the day.
