The Clinique la Mitterie is a rehabilitation center located in Lille. It offers inpatient addiction treatment. The service welcomes patients over the age of 18 with addictive substance use disorders or addictive behaviors such as gambling, sex or eating disorders. The clinic's experienced multi-disciplinary team provides comprehensive physical and psychological care, with all the technical resources required. Patients are supported in their care objectives, whether abstinence or management. Prior to admission, one or more pre-admission consultations are held to assess the patient's motivation and expectations. The clinic has a brand-new building with spacious, comfortable rooms, as well as therapy rooms adapted to each activity. Comprehensive somatic assessments can also be carried out thanks to the presence of numerous specialists. The psychotherapeutic program enables patients to acquire knowledge about the mechanisms of addiction, work on managing emotions and social relationships, and define new life projects. Different types of inpatient treatment are offered, with varying lengths of stay. The medical team is made up of addictology physicians, and the multidisciplinary team includes experienced caregivers, neuropsychologists, psychologists, a dietician and an adapted physical activity teacher. Fees include in-patient treatment, a fixed daily rate and a psychotherapeutic package.

Euralimentaire is MEL's site of excellence dedicated to fresh, local products and their logistics. Its vocation: to boost the creation of innovative companies and jobs in this sector in metropolitan France. The site is developing a series of innovative services: a logistics hub to improve the transport of products, a food factory to enable the exchange of best practices between players in the sector and an R&D department to promote innovation. The business incubator-accelerator, on the other hand, provides personalised support for all projects. Installed on the wholesale market (MIN/ZAMIN), Euralimentaire is the economic lung of the sector.
