At the foot of the slopes of Luz-Ardiden, the opening of the restaurant Bistrot Jars is a small revolution, the concept is also an exclusive of the valley! If everything changes on the menu, the site remains The Place to be, with its tables and deckchairs facing the mountains, this altitude settlement surrounded by a superb panorama of the massif of the Néouvielle is mythical. Inside, an original and unique service awaits you with a simple principle: you choose your dish through the proposed selection, made up of canned grocery stores. From entrance to desserts, they are, you guessed, prepared in jars! But no worries, you will not eat in, a real chef handles the dishes and compose plates, served at the table. Flavours and quality remain at the meeting with a well-represented land by rillettes, candied, terrine, soups, small extra-fine vegetables and even old ones. A restoration that has a little fun side that children love and after a good skiing session or a beautiful hiking, what better than a lunch break in the heart of the mountains?

40€ pour 2 plats de cantine c'est un peu fort de café. Plat de qualité moyenne, pas de viande dans les côtes de porc, que du gras, dessert industriel... bref franchement pas dingue.

En effet j'ai été accueilli comme un bon copain, que dis-je comme un membre de la famille qui est partie pendant très longtemps pour réaliser son rêve qui est de partir faire des études au Guatemala afin de s'imprégner de la culture et de la langue.
