Portsall is the most famous port of the Amoco Cadiz shipwreck in 1978. The anchor of this "supertanker", responsible for one of the most dramatic black tides, is now installed on the port of Portsall, so that memory lasts, almost 40 years later. In addition to this gigantic vestige of the disaster, Portsall has many advantages: a small seaport, beautiful beaches, including the large beach of Treompan, and archaeological sites such as Cairn Island and the covered alley of the Guiliguy, where you can discover a magnificent panorama.
