HOTEL RESTAURANT KULLA E ZENEL BEUT

This is the only listed kula (fortified house) in the city that can be visited. This one dates from the 19th century. Very elegant with its stone walls, its fireplace and its terrace garden, it was transformed into a restaurant in 2013. By the fire or under the arbour, you can eat fresh cheese from Rugova, local meats and traditional Albanian cuisine, especially tavë. The establishment is now also a hotel with traditional rooms.
