Every year since 1970, this festival has been promoting art in the Albanian language with the National and Dodona Theatres of Pristina.

Every year for the past 1970 years, this theatre festival (Festivali I Teatrove të Kosovës/Festival Pozorišta Kosova) has been promoting art in the Albanian language. It brings together the National and Dodona Theatres of Prishtina, the Albanian Theatre of Skopjë (Republic of Macedonia), the Metropol Theatre of Tirana (Albania), the Theatre of Ferizaj and the Professional Theatre of Gjilan.
