Clearly targeting a more upscale clientele than most of its counterparts in Valjevo, Tri Kosa opened in 2003 on the initiative of wine producer Jelić. It offers in its rustic but cozy room classics of traditional Serbian cuisine, complemented by a small but excellent selection of Italian specialties. Nothing to say, it's good and it remains affordable. The staff is charming and there are one or two English speakers among the employees, who will be happy to introduce you to the menu and especially the excellent wines on the menu.
