VILA DINASTIJE OBRENOVIĆ

Two kilometers upstream on the Danube nestles Zlatni Breg, the summer residence of the Obrenović dynasty. Built by Miloš Obrenović in the mid-19th century, the royal residence dominates the Danube from the top of the hill on which it is perched. In neoclassical style, it has an academically designed central part with two square wings.

The residence is surrounded by a 36-hectare vineyard, planted and maintained by Miloš Obrenović's son Milan. Around the castle there are bike rides with beautiful views of the Danube.
